THE MISSION OF AUTHENTIC VETERAN EMPLOYMENT

Karin is a Military Spouse, Mom, and Veteran Employment Story Teller. Her mission is to educate and inspire her Clients by telling the Veteran and Military Spouse story in an impactful and meaningful way. She works to bridge the gap between Employers and Veterans through company outreach, training and strategy. 

Karin has nearly two decades experience in the ever-evolving Human Resources and Talent Acquisition space centering on Digital Recruitment with a specialty in Veteran Employment.

Karin believes in the power of Military Spouses.  Her message is that Military Spouse are the “Michael Collins” of the Military. Most don’t know his name. Michael Collins was part of the Apollo 11 mission to the moon. He stayed in orbit around the Moon while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin left in the Lunar Module to make the first manned landing on its surface. He made it possible for Neil and Buzz to make it home safely. Without fanfare, Michael was a critical part of the mission. She believes that is what Military Spouses do every day.

She is honored to be the 2017 Wright Patterson Air Force Base Military Spouse of the Year and Top 3 Finalist as Marine Corps Military Spouse of the Year. Karin is a proud Team Red, White & Blue Member dedicating each Triathlon and Racing Event to her Veteran Mission and humbly wears the Team RWB Jersey.  She is married to a tough-as-nails Marine Corps Gunny with 20+ years of Active Service and Mom to two girls - Sweetness and The Wolverine.
